Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-point resolutions whenever possible.
  • Escalate complex issues to the right teams for deeper investigation and resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and refine customer service processes.
  • Proactively enhance the customer experience by identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, uncovering their needs to tailor support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure customers maximise our software.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service or support experience.
  • Comfortable communicating confidently over phone calls with customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sharp problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for rapport-building.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, paired with excellent organisation and time management.
  • Proficient with technology and a fast typist.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Work Life & Growth

Hybrid/Remote Role

Flexibility is key at ANNA! You’ll contribute remotely, with optional office days (weekly in Cardiff, monthly in London—your choice).

Working Pattern

  • Daytime hours: 7 AM to 10 PM (Mon–Fri).
  • Monthly weekend commitment to ensure 24/7 customer support.

Starting Salary

ÂŁ25,000 per annum.

Gain experience → advance into specialised roles like Customer Success Manager or Subject Matter Expert within 6–12 months.

  • Customer Success Manager: End-to-end customer issue ownership.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Turn niche challenges into seamless experiences.
