Job Title: Customer Experience Team Leader

Location: Head Office, Colchester, Essex

Position: Full Time (Including Weekends)

Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing phone calls outside of branch hours and handling overflow calls when branches are busy and generating New Business. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive timely assistance and support, reinforcing Oakheart Property's reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Incoming Calls: Manage customer inquiries during peak times and out of branch hours at weekends.
  • Generating New Business: Supporting business growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities through exceptional customer engagement.
  • Provide Information: Offer accurate information regarding property listings, services, and processes to clients.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with branch teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Previous experience in the property industry.
  • Proven track record of converting new business as an experienced lister within the estate agency sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
  • Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sundays 10am - 2pm.
  • 5 day working rota.
