💰 Salary: £28,000 🕒 Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00 📍 Location: Leeds (Fully Office Based)
We're looking for a Customer Fulfilment Operator to join our growing team in Leeds.
⚠️ This is a fully on-site role in Leeds. This is not a hybrid or remote position. ⭐ The most important skills required for this role:
- Excellent communication skills – clear, friendly, and professional
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

What you'll be doing:
- Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Processing customer orders accurately, ensuring correct products, pricing, and delivery details
- Supporting customers with order, delivery, and account-related queries
- Investigating and resolving order, delivery, and system issues
- Communicating proactively with customers regarding delays or changes
- Working closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Following company processes and maintaining high standards of accuracy and service
