About This Role – Who You Are

Primary Objective of the Job
To ensure White Stuff sets the highest standards for customer experience in retail.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Uphold our A.C.E. pillars in every customer interaction: Be Friendly, Be Inspiring, Be Invaluable.
- Drive and understand shop KPIs, working to enhance continuous performance.
- Promote multichannel shopping using mobile POS systems (mPOS) to showcase cross-channel products and fulfil endless aisle orders.
- Engage customers by:
- Signing them up for email newsletters.
- Tagging purchases to their profiles.
- Sending e-receipts in line with data protection regulations.
- Utilise knowledge of promotions or discounts to inform customers and boost sales.
- Assist with events, such as Customer Events and Preview evenings.

Product presentation & Visual Standards
- Maintain high visual standards within the store.
- Support with floor moves, mannequin displays, and window presentations including replenishing products.
- Enhance customer trust and knowledge by explaining product features (e.g., fit, style, fabric).
Shop Operations
- Efficiently process deliveries and ensure products are replenished and available on the shop floor.
- Assist in stock management, including periodic stocktakes.
- Utilise company resources:
- White Stuff website, Looking White Stuff, Tea Room (brand engagement area), email templates, and window guidelines.
- Promote brand compliance through daily/weekly actions.
- Actively participate in team briefings.
- Comply with Health & Safety and emergency procedures.
- Conduct professional interactions with:
- Internal customers (head office team, centre management if applicable).
- External visitors.
- Ensure accurate and efficient ship-from-store and Click + Collect processes.
