About the Role
YOOBIC is welcoming applications from individuals who may be interested in joining our Customer Implementation team in our new London office. As a team, our goal is to ensure YOOBIC clients are set up correctly for success and get the most of the YOOBIC platform when they launch.
We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, loves innovation, and who has the ability to effectively understand business challenges and needs across different industries (from the fashion industry to groceries to pharmaceutical).
You will join a dynamic and fast-growing team which generates a significant contribution to YOOBIC’s overarching goals.
This is an incredible opportunity to interact with many departments, from the commercial team to product and the whole customer team, collaborating with them to make sure the deployment of the platform is successful.

What You’ll Do
- Work as project consultant on simultaneous implementation projects as part of YOOBIC Customer Implementation team
- Understand clients’ needs and advise on Solutions in a consultative approach
- Deliver on time and within budget high-quality YOOBIC solutions and services
- Participate actively to solution-building and change management workshops with clients’ project team
- Lead parts or totality of client meetings (functional specifications, demonstrations, trainings on the solution)
- Take a proactive approach to client issue resolution
- Work closely with Product team to participate in the evolution of the app based on market requirements

- Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive and eager to solve problems
- Fast learner, able to understand new concepts quickly and explain them with ease
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and to work within an international environment
- Strong organisation skills and attention to details
- Intellectually curious, interest in start-ups and new technologies
- Ideally, you have a technical and/or analytical education (ex: Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Finances, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are always welcome, especially French, Italian and Spanish)
- Right to work in the UK
