Customer Influence Coordinator

Customer Influence Coordinator

Location: Broxbourne, Hertfordshire

Type: Permanent, full-time (37 hours per week)

Salary: £31,794 – £35,327 per annum

About the Role

In this role, you’ll transform real customer feedback into impactful change by:

  • Organising engagement activities
  • Designing and running surveys
  • Analyzing feedback and deriving actionable insights
  • Ensuring clear findings reach the right stakeholders across the business

No two days will be the same, offering rich opportunities for growth and career progression. You’ll collaborate with customers, colleagues, and the wider community to build an inclusive, accessible, and engaging approach that empowers those we serve and strengthens our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver engagement activities to gather customer input
  • Design, execute, and analyze surveys to gather meaningful feedback
  • Aggregate and interpret feedback to produce clear insights
  • Present findings to decision-makers within the business
  • Partner with colleagues to integrate customer insights into strategic decisions
  • Ensure all activities comply with GDPR protections
  • Work with diverse groups, fostering inclusive and accessible engagement
  • Track and support customer progression and satisfaction

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in customer engagement, community involvement, or a customer-facing environment
  • Strong ** organisational skills**—able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (engaging stakeholders at all levels)
  • Proficiency in IT tools, particularly survey platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • An eye for detail, with the ability to analyse data and create actionable recommendations
  • Understanding of GDPR and its importance in customer facing roles
