JOB TITLE: Customer Insight Analyst (12-Month FTC/Secondment)

SALARY: £61,344 - £68,160

LOCATION: Manchester, Chester, Halifax, Leeds

HOURS: 35 hours, full time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

About this opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join the Customer Analytics team. We're looking to recruit an analyst to be embedded within the Colleague Channels Experience Design team for a 12-month period.

What will I be doing?

As a Senior Customer Analyst, you'll be responsible for feeding deep customer behaviour insights into how we design products & services for Lloyds Banking Group customers. Employing the Group's wealth of customer data, you'll perform advanced analyses to identify, inform and quantify the impact of changes which we put in front of our customers. You'll be a data-champion, advocating for guidelines and educating our creative partners on the use of data in the design process.

These roles are central to ensuring that data-driven insights shape our design decisions, guiding us to deliver experiences that are user-centric and aligned to business objectives.

How we work

All Customer Analysts who align with Experience Design are embedded into a multi-functional squad (product, design, user research), where you're given the autonomy to shape your own backlog of work, aligning your analyses to core design initiatives. Building strong relationships with customers across design & product is essential to the role, ensuring you can influence the direction of design changes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
