Job Title: Customer Insights (Voice of the Customer) Manager

Location: Warwick (2/3 days per week onsite) / Hybrid

Contract: 12 months initial (strong likelihood of extension)

As the Customer Insights Manager, you will be the driving force behind integrating customer insights across the organisation. Your role is pivotal in delivering a clear, evidence-based view of how the organisation is perceived by its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience in leading customer insight or analytics functions in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to synthesise complex information into strategic narratives that influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and simplify complexity.
  • A proactive, resilient mindset, committed to continuous improvement and customer excellence.
  • Be part of a vibrant team dedicated to anticipating and responding to the evolving needs of customers.
  • Play a crucial role in shaping the future of customer experience in the energy sector.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and make a tangible impact on strategic decision-making.
