Introduction

Wipro is looking for a Customer Journey Manager (CJM) to join a high-performing banking transformation programme. As the Customer Journey Manager, you will be responsible for understanding, measuring, and enhancing end-to-end customer journeys while ensuring customer needs remain at the centre of every decision. You will work closely with Product, Experience Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless and effective customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful journey improvements and contribute to strong customer and business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Understanding and mapping customer journeys, processes, and experiences across functional areas
  • Gathering and analysing customer insights from multiple data sources to identify improvement opportunities
  • Evaluating journey effectiveness from both customer and business perspectives
  • Coordinating with Product, Design, Engineering, and business teams to support customer-centric outcomes
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
