About the Role
Customer Journeys and Experience Manager (fixed term, 6 months) in the Customer Engagement and Experience Team.
As part of our Designed Around You segmentation project, you’ll lead the development and delivery of multi-channel customer journeys to enhance the experience of Prostate Cancer UK’s customers.
Responsibilities
- Work across the organisation to implement customer journey designs that meet evolving needs.
- Optimise engagement touchpoints, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Analyse data to refine customer interactions and drive effectiveness.
- Liaise between data, insights, and product teams to share findings and best practices.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams and external agencies for seamless campaign execution.
Key Requirements
You must:
- Have a strong track record in communications or direct marketing, especially designing multi-channel customer journeys for various audiences.
- Demonstrate proficiency in turning data insights into actionable strategies for clarity and impact.
- Build relationships across multiple levels of an organisation, external agencies, and suppliers.
- Show experience in end-to-end project planning, from inception to execution in marketing activity.
