We are recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer
We are recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to join a large social housing project working with the Housing Association, on an initial 3-month temp basis.
This is a full-time role, 35 hours a week from Monday to Friday.
You will have flexibility to work from home, but there is field work involved, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
Your new role
You'll join as a Customer Liaison Officer supporting the accelerated delivery of EICRs across Your Housing Group. Your focus is simple: get access arranged, keep customers informed, and unblock historic no-access cases.
You'll split your time between home, office and the field - calling residents, coordinating with contractors, issuing and hand-delivering letters, and attending joint access visits.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
