Are you an experienced senior marketing manager with a passion for B2B customer engagement?

Do you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and love working with data-driven insights? We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our client's team.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and oversee the comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy for Small, Medium and Enterprise customers, directing your team to execute campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement, growth, and retention globally.
  • Lead strategy development and provide direction to your team on customer segmentation, campaign positioning, and messaging based on customer and competitor insights.
  • Partner with global commercial and product marketing teams to ensure marketing strategies are grounded in customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Oversee campaign execution from strategy through deployment, including timeline and budget management, while your team handles day-to-day creative development and execution.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and customer feedback to continuously optimise strategies and provide coaching to your team on performance insights.
  • Support organizational change management to drive adoption of new campaigns and processes across your team and cross-functional partners.
  • Mentor and develop your direct reports on best practices, strategic thinking, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines, legal and data protection requirements.
  • Provide strategic input on marketing automation systems and processes to improve.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including campaign management in a SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing marketing teams and/or initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset with curiosity and creativity.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate messages clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Native English fluency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player who inspires others with a positive attitude and empathy.
