YOUR IMPACT

As a Customer Manager at OpenText, you will own a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, driving renewals, retention, and revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will serve as the primary post-sales contact for your customers, building trusted relationships from manager to executive level while partnering closely with Sales, Services, Support, Legal, and Finance. Your success will come from helping customers maximize value from OpenText solutions while securing long-term growth and satisfaction.

What The Role Offers

  • Own strategic customer accounts with recurring revenue responsibility.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Support, and Services.
  • Build executive-level relationships from managers to C-suite leaders.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities.
  • Work independently with significant customer-facing ownership.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Proven ability to build, retain, and grow strategic customer relationships.
  • Track record of driving renewals, upsells, and revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders from managers to C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer-facing Sales, Customer Success, or Software Sales roles.
  • Fluent in English and French, with a collaborative and professional approach.
