Customer Marketing Manager
Customer Marketing Manager (GB) - Monster Energy

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key link between Marketing and Commercial teams, translating world-class brand platforms into customer-driven activations.
- Take full ownership of all customer-facing commercial assets, including:
- Hospitality
- Events and experiences
- Sponsorship rights
- Tickets
- Serve as the central point of contact for:
- Commercial teams
- Bottling partners
- Customers
- External stakeholders
- Develop and execute tailored customer activation programmes across:
- Grocery
- Convenience
- QSR (Quick Service Restaurants)
- Regional accounts
- Ensure brand assets are strategically allocated to maximise:
- Customer growth
- Rate of sale
- Long-term partnerships
- Lead budget discussions with confidence, using:
- Strong analytical reasoning
- Justification for investment decisions and prioritisation
- Drive clarity and efficiency by establishing:
- Clear ownership
- Effective governance
- Streamlined decision-making processes
- Influence all levels of stakeholders through:
- Strong commercial acumen
- Credibility
- Relationship-building skills
- Operate with high autonomy, treating the role as a business within a business.

- Comfortable with working independently with minimal oversight and taking full ownership of outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with an ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Highly analytical & data-driven, with confidence in making commercially sound decisions.
