Customer Marketing Manager

Customer Marketing Manager (GB) - Monster Energy

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the key link between Marketing and Commercial teams, translating world-class brand platforms into customer-driven activations.
  • Take full ownership of all customer-facing commercial assets, including:
    • Hospitality
    • Events and experiences
    • Sponsorship rights
    • Tickets
  • Serve as the central point of contact for:
    • Commercial teams
    • Bottling partners
    • Customers
    • External stakeholders
  • Develop and execute tailored customer activation programmes across:
    • Grocery
    • Convenience
    • QSR (Quick Service Restaurants)
    • Regional accounts
  • Ensure brand assets are strategically allocated to maximise:
    • Customer growth
    • Rate of sale
    • Long-term partnerships
  • Lead budget discussions with confidence, using:
    • Strong analytical reasoning
    • Justification for investment decisions and prioritisation
  • Drive clarity and efficiency by establishing:
    • Clear ownership
    • Effective governance
    • Streamlined decision-making processes
  • Influence all levels of stakeholders through:
    • Strong commercial acumen
    • Credibility
    • Relationship-building skills
  • Operate with high autonomy, treating the role as a business within a business.

  • Comfortable with working independently with minimal oversight and taking full ownership of outcomes.

  • Highly analytical & data-driven, with confidence in making commercially sound decisions.
