Customer Marketing Manager (GB)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key link between Marketing and Commercial teams, translating world-class brand platforms into customer-driven activations.
- Take ownership of all customer-facing commercial assets, including hospitality, events, experiences, sponsorship rights, and tickets.
- Serve as the central point of contact for Commercial teams, bottling partners, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute tailored customer activation programmes across key channels, including grocery, convenience, QSR, and regional accounts.
- Ensure brand assets are strategically allocated to maximise customer growth, rate of sale, and long-term partnerships.
- Lead budget discussions with confidence, using strong analytical reasoning to justify investment decisions and prioritisation.
- Drive clarity and efficiency by establishing clear ownership, governance, and decision-making processes.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels through strong commercial acumen, credibility, and relationship-building skills.
- Operate with high levels of autonomy, treating the role as a business within a business.

About You:
- You have a deep understanding of customer behaviour and what drives rate of sale.
- You're a highly confident, influential communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- You are comfortable working independently with minimal oversight and taking ownership of outcomes.
- You possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and enjoy collaborating across multiple functions.
- You have strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
- You are highly analytical, data-driven, and confident making commercially sound decisions.
- You're comfortable challenging the status quo and making difficult decisions when required.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive by nature, and thrive in ambiguous, evolving environments.
- You demonstrate resilience and confidence when managing competing priorities and budget discussions.
