Looking to build your career in Customer Success, Sales or SaaS?
We're looking for a Customer Migrations Executive to join our growing team at IRIS Software Group.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1β4 years' experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management or Customer Service who loves building relationships and helping customers embrace new technology.
You'll work with an existing customer base, supporting businesses as they migrate onto our latest software solutions while ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish.
π What you'll be doing
- π Manage your own portfolio of existing customers, guiding them through their migration journey.
- π Speak with customers to understand their current processes and business needs.
- π‘ Recommend the most suitable IRIS solutions to support their transition.
- π€ Build trusted relationships and become the customer's main point of contact throughout the migration process.
- π Identify opportunities for product upgrades and additional solutions where they add value.
- π― Manage your own pipeline and keep customers moving through the migration journey.
- π€ Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services and Product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- π Keep CRM records up to date and accurately manage forecasts and customer activity.

- β Have 1β4 years' experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management or another customer-facing role.
- β Love building relationships and speaking with customers.
- β Enjoy solving problems and helping customers achieve the best outcome.
- β Are commercially minded and confident identifying opportunities to add value.
- β Are organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- β Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
