Customer Onboarding Coordinator | Customer Experience, Contract Accuracy & Service Delivery
About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Onboarding Coordinator to play a key role in creating a smooth and seamless experience for our customers from contract completion through to service launch.
As part of our growing Waste division, you’ll ensure customer contracts are accurately validated, key information is captured correctly, and internal teams are aligned to deliver exceptional service from day one. Acting as the main point of contact during onboarding, you’ll help build strong customer relationships, provide confidence throughout the transition process and ensure every new partnership starts in the best possible way.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing and validating customer contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance
- Checking pricing, products, service requirements and customer information before implementation
- Coordinating with Sales, Operations and internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Managing the onboarding journey and acting as the key contact for new customers
- Keeping customers informed on timelines, milestones and next steps
- Building strong relationships and delivering a professional, welcoming customer experience
- Resolving queries and escalating any risks that could impact delivery
- Maintaining accurate records across business systems and CRM platforms
- Supporting continuous improvements to contract validation and onboarding processes
- Providing updates and reporting to support successful customer implementation

About You

You’re a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, managing processes and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience.
You’ll have experience in customer service, administration, onboarding, contract coordination or a similar role, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
You will have:
- Experience working in a customer service, administration, onboarding or contract management environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and validate information accurately
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a wider team
Advantageous
- Experience within waste management, environmental services, industrial services
- Microsoft Dynamics
