🎯 Who is Trybe? Trybe is a startup that provides modern cloud-based software to clients in the hotel spa and wellness industries. We are on a mission to revolutionise their guest and back-of-house operational experiences. We’re currently targeting the German market, and in need of an English and German speaker to join the growing onboarding team. It’s a little corny, but we really are a Tribe! We were founded in 2020 and are proud to list a number of leading spa and leisure operators across the World onboard with Trybe. 📕 What the role involves Guiding new customers through the onboarding journey, from initial setup and configuration to successful product adoption. Delivering engaging training sessions and product demonstrations tailored to each customer’s needs and goals. Acting as the main point of contact during onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success or Account Management team post-launch. Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Support, and Sales) to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Translating Knowledge base guides in German Continuously improving onboarding processes by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and suggesting workflow or content enhancements. 🌟Who you are If you are fluent in English and German, and are passionate about assisting and supporting users for a rapidly growing startup, we want to hear from you! Have experience in onboarding for a SaaS product You’re a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives on helping new customers feel confident and supported from day one. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, making it easy to guide clients through setup, training, and early adoption with clarity and patience.
