Our high-performing, energetic team seeks passionate, ambitious individuals who embrace startup culture and thrive working collaboratively as we scale.
We’re targeting the German market and are hiring an English & German-speaking Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. At Trybe, we’re a Tribe—proud of a rapidly expanding client base, including leading spa and leisure operators worldwide, since our founding in 2020.
About the Role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will:
- Provide fundamental support for new customers during the onboarding journey, from initial setup and configuration to product adoption.
- Deliver tailored training sessions and product demonstrations to meet customer needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring a seamless handover to Customer Success or Account Management post-launch.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Support, and Sales) to resolve inquiries and enhance the customer experience.
- Translate Knowledge Base guides into German.
- Continuously improve onboarding workflows by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and implementing process enhancements.

Requirements
Who you are
- Fluent in both English and German—critical for customer-facing roles.
- Passionate about helping users and supporting a fast-growing startup.
- SaaS onboarding experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- A highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at guiding customers from first contact to successful adoption.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—confident in clearly explaining technical concepts with patience.
- Proactive, tech-savvy, and problem-solving—always seeking ways to refine the onboarding experience for long-term client success.
