What is the opportunity?
Northridge Finance, part of Bank of Ireland UK, provides personal and commercial asset finance across the UK. As a Customer Operations Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the end to end vehicle return, assessment and remarketing process. Your work will help deliver fair, transparent and customer focused end of contract outcomes, while maximising asset value. This is a great opportunity to build specialist knowledge in vehicle lifecycle management within a stable and growing financial services organisation.
In This Role, You Will
- Support the full vehicle return, assessment and disposal process, including logistics coordination and condition reviews.
- Ensure customers receive a fair and transparent end of contract experience by applying British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) standards consistently.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time, in line with business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to support remarketing activity and monitor service quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying issues, supporting cost efficiency and sharing insights across the team.

Experience with the following will help you stand out but is not required to apply for this role:
- Knowledge of BVRLA guidelines and industry standard.
- Experience in vehicle remarketing, disposals or logistics.
- A background in financial services, leasing or asset finance.
- Strong Excel skills or experience producing critical metric reports.

More About The Team
The Customer Operations team supports the full vehicle lifecycle across Marshall Leasing and Northridge Finance. The team manages logistics, end of contract processes and vehicle remarketing, working closely with customers and suppliers to deliver fair, efficient outcomes. Collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement sit at the heart of how the team works. This is an office based role located in Huntingdon, where colleagues work together closely to support learning, consistency and strong team connection.
