Your new role

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • To ensure our customers sensitive data is handled alongside data protection/compliance policies
  • Be discrete about each brand’s business, not divulging information to outside parties
  • To promptly arrange delivery to customers and plan orders to be moved through our internal trunking network
  • Uphold a professional and friendly telephone manner when speaking to both customers and colleagues providing them with quality and accurate information
  • To maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times
  • To liaise effectively with brands and suppliers and customers to support the operation where necessary
  • To ensure a team spirit is carried throughout all aspects of the role and across all brands and customers
  • To maintain a high level of standards within the office at all times
  • To ensure data input is carried out promptly and accurately
  • To adhere to all company guidelines and procedures and ensure that all data is held correctly as per the company paperwork retention policy and audit guidelines
  • To be flexible in supporting where necessary and be available to work days outside the normal hours of contract including bank holidays and weekends in line with the needs of the business.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Previous experience in supply chain logistics administration
  • Familiarity with external customer communication
  • A good understanding of using G suite
  • Experience in Data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work alone or in a team
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace or hitting deadlines
  • Exceptional telephone manner
