Join a MedTech company revolutionising orthopaedic surgery. At Orthoscape, we combine additive manufacturing and digital technologies to deliver custom-made medical devices that transform patients’ lives. We’re looking for a Customer Operations Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer service — someone who can ensure our clients receive the highest quality products, on time and every time.

The Role

As a Customer Operations Engineer, you’ll be the key link between our engineering teams, customers, and operations. Acting as the face of Orthoscape, you’ll manage end-to-end order fulfilment — from technical discussions with clients to ensuring every custom device is ready for surgery. You’ll be involved in everything from sales order processing and inventory management to performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a hands-on role that requires both technical understanding and operational excellence, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and direct customer engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
