About the Role
The Customer Operations Manager is a critical leader within the InSite teams and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of the customer contract, delivering exceptional service and stores management excellence.

Main Responsibilities include:
-Serve as the primary face of the InSite operation, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders -Act as the first point of contact for escalated risks and low-level issue resolution, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes -Provide procurement for the customers'** engineering team** -Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual customer requirements -Implement and monitor processes that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in stores management -Take ownership of delivering and reporting contractual KPIs, ensuring performance metrics are met or exceeded -Manage the InSite budget with commercial responsibility for revenue and margin growth -Leverage tools and resources to identify opportunities for increasing profitability -Collaborate with the Product Business Units to offer tailored solutions delivering best value to the customer -Identify opportunities to introduce value-added services and initiatives that benefit the customer and support Rubix Industrial Services’ growth -Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Product Business Units to align solutions with customer needs

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements
Required knowledge and experience includes:
- Experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer goals
- Proven expertise in managing customer relationships, with a focus on:
- Excellent service delivery
- Addressing client needs
- Maintaining long-term partnerships
- Essential background in an Engineering role
- Leadership and people management
- Operational expertise
- KPI management
- Continuous improvement skills
- Strong Collaboration
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements
- A full UK/Ireland Driving Licence is required for this position.
