What You’ll Own
In this role, you’ll provide application support, new customer onboarding, and existing customer upgrades, ensuring their experience with our Cloud-based software suite exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, training them on our SaaS software products
- Software Upgrades: Help migrate existing customers from older software versions to our modern SaaS suite
- Customer Support:
- Provide L1 and L2 support via telephone, email, and occasionally in-house for customers across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand
- Ensure a smooth and delightful customer journey
- Training & Guidance:
- Deliver engaging, informative training sessions to enhance satisfaction and usability
- Advise customers on best practices for maximising our product offerings
- Problem-Solving:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Assist in testing and evaluating new software versions
- Knowledge Management: Keep internal processes, procedures, and knowledge artefacts up-to-date

Pay Structure
- £30,000–£35,000 per annum
