Customer Operations Specialist
Customer Operations Specialist – Frimpeks Ltd
About Frimpeks Ltd
Frimpeks Ltd is a leading global manufacturer of high-quality label stock. Operating from our state-of-the-art slitting facility in Market Harborough, we supply essential raw materials to the label conversion sector across the UK. We pride ourselves on precision, reliability, and our commitment to supporting our customers' continued growth.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. This is not a standard "customer service" desk role. We are seeking an individual who will take ownership of the customer journey, acting as the essential link between our production floor, our field-based sales team, and our clients.
You will be the internal eyes and ears for Frimpeks. Your mission is to ensure our customers are kept ahead of the curve. By monitoring production schedules and supply chain flows, you will anticipate potential challenges and communicate solutions before they become issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Partnership: Act as the primary office-based partner to our field-based Sales Managers, providing them with real-time information to effectively manage client relationships whilst out on the road.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
