Customer Service Coordinator (French Speaking) - Milton Keynes - Permanent

Are you fluent in both French and English and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same?

Our client is looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join their team, supporting key French-speaking customers and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from order through to delivery. The Role

Working as part of the Strategic Accounts team, you'll become the main operational contact for key French-speaking customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved quickly and service levels are consistently exceeded.

You'll work closely with internal departments including Sales, Logistics and Warehouse teams, building strong customer relationships and ensuring a seamless operational experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operational contact for French strategic accounts
  • Manage customer orders from placement through to delivery
  • Build strong relationships with key customer contacts
  • Attend account review meetings and provide performance updates
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
  • Resolve customer queries and escalations efficiently
  • Produce customer reports and order books
  • Manage customer pricing, product information and account data
  • Assist with invoices, credits and pricing enquiries
  • Support continuous improvements to customer service and operational processes

What They're Looking For

  • Fluent French and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience within Customer Service, Customer Operations or Account Coordination
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware with a customer-first approach
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • SAP knowledge would be advantageous but isn't essential
  • Experience within B2B, wholesale, logistics or supply chain environments would be beneficial
