Customer Platform Architect - Current SC Clearance
Customer Platform Architect
Work Location: Fully Remote (must be UK based) Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 (Depending on experience) Security Clearances: There is a strong preference for current UK Security Clearance, if not you must be able to obtain it
The Opportunity
We're partnered with a fast-growing Cyber Security company whose cloud-native platform is helping organisations around the world strengthen their security posture and stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.
They're now looking for a Customer Platform Architect to work directly with customers, helping them deploy, optimise and support the platform within complex on-premise and hybrid cloud environments.
This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on engineering with customer engagement, giving you ownership from initial deployment through to long-term customer success.
The Role
Working alongside Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams, you'll help customers design deployment architectures, troubleshoot platform issues and ensure their environments are secure, reliable and performing at their best. This isn't a role where you'll simply produce designs and hand them over. You'll be expected to get hands-on, diagnosing issues, supporting deployments and working directly with customers to solve technical challenges.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
