Hearst UK operates an in office policy with flexible Friday’s. Our office is based at House of Hearst, 30 Panton Street, St James’s, London, SW1Y 4AJ, where teams collaborate in person and connect across brands and functions.
Salary £30,000 - £35,000
Salary is dependent on experience and will be assessed in line with the candidate’s skills, knowledge, and relevant expertise.
The Role…
As the Customer Product & Promotions Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, sourcing, administration, and execution of Hearst UK Beauty Boxes. You will work closely with internal teams, beauty brands, suppliers, logistics partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
This role combines product coordination, campaign administration, logistics support, customer-focused execution, and creative presentation work. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, collaborative, and passionate about the beauty industry.
Main Duties…
- Support the sourcing and coordination of products for Hearst UK beauty boxes and promotional campaigns.
- Liaise with beauty brands, PR agencies, and suppliers to secure product samples, assets, and delivery timelines.
- Assist with product selection and box curation aligned to brand positioning, audience insights, and campaign objectives.
- Maintain product trackers, stock records, and supplier databases with high attention to detail.
- Support logistics administration and fulfilment coordination with warehouse and distribution partners.
- Monitor delivery schedules and operational timelines.
- Assist with invoicing, PO tracking, supplier information, and campaign administration.
- Prepare campaign materials, timelines, and reporting documents.
- Create moodboards and visual presentations to support campaign concepts.
- Conduct competitor analysis and beauty market research.
- Support presentation preparation for internal and external meetings.
- Build strong relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with senior managers and external partners.
- Stay up to date with beauty trends, emerging brands, and industry developments.

What We Are Looking For…
Essential:
- Previous experience in administration, product coordination, promotions, marketing, or beauty-related roles.
- Strong passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and industry trends.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident liaising with senior managers and stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple trackers, timelines, and priorities.
Desirable:
- Commercial or retail experience
- Experience within beauty, publishing, e-commerce, or subscription boxes.
- Experience creating moodboards or visual presentations.
- Understanding of beauty consumers and market trends.
