Customer Promotions & Retentions Advisor | Horsham | Competitive base + uncapped commission
You already know how to do this job. We just need you to bring that experience to us.
We're not looking to train someone into telesales from scratch. We're looking for someone who's already good at it — who's picked up the phone, built rapport with a stranger in the first ten seconds, and turned "no thanks" into a sale or a saved contract more times than they can count.
If that's you, here's what the role actually looks like
What You'll Be Doing
- Calling newly onboarded customers to make sure they're set up right — and spotting genuine opportunities to add real value: tech support, better routers, priority installs, energy deals
- Stepping in when a customer wants to cancel, and turning that conversation around
- Managing customers through the moment they move home — contract changes, fee recalculation, keeping their service seamless
- Owning your own numbers and your own targets

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
