We are working as the internal recruitment partner for our client, a global organisation delivering excellence in supply chain and quality solutions to the aerospace industry.
We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Customer Quality Engineer to join the Quality team. This role has been created as part of continued business expansion and will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and improving the customer quality experience across the organisation.
Reporting into the Group Head of Quality, you will act as the primary quality interface for key customers, focusing on understanding customer feedback, investigating quality concerns, and driving timely resolution of product and documentation-related issues. Working closely with Sales and internal stakeholders, you will help improve communication, reduce non-conformances, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

This is a customer-facing, problem-solving role that requires strong communication skills, a passion for quality, and the ability to work collaboratively within a global team environment.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in a quality engineering role, ideally within a customer-facing environment
- Strong knowledge of AS9100 / AS9120 or relevant aerospace quality standards
- Experience investigating non-conformances and supporting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with customers and internal teams globally
- Ability to understand technical data, drawings, and specifications
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for quality
- Competent with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems

- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
