CUSTOMER QUALITY MANAGER | Chichester | Market Leading Salary | Company Profit Share Scheme | Car Allowance
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Quality Manager to manage and strengthen our technical relationships with key customers. You will ensure all technical requirements are met on time and to the highest standards, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront while maintaining trust and integrity.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their quality, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for selected retail and QSR customers regarding product quality, safety, and specifications.
- Lead the team of Customer Quality Managers to drive high standards across all customers.
- Attend customer technical meetings, product launches, and quality audits to represent the company’s technical interests.
- Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers in response to enquiries, complaints, and product-related issues.
- Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives across products, practices, standards, and equipment, in collaboration with other departments, to enhance food safety, quality, and compliance with customer requirements. Regularly reviews KPIs to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Compiles and manages quality improvement plans while collaborating with customers on joint initiatives to drive business growth and deepen relationships.
- Ensures effective cross-functional communication of customer KPIs and other relevant information to ensure all departments are aligned with customer needs and expectations.
- Works closely with site Technical Managers to keep customer KPIs, scorecards, and specifications up-to-date.
- Ensures customer requirements are consistently met and all KPIs are achieved to maintain high satisfaction levels.

About Us
Natures Way Foods began in 1994, when the Langmead brothers set up a small, bagged salad operation. Their big idea was to combine the freshest lettuce with the latest food manufacturing technology. Since then, we’ve grown by expanding our customer base and moving into new fresh, convenient categories and product areas.
Our culture is inclusive, and our people are diverse spanning 29 different languages. We operate four manufacturing facilities capable of producing over 326m units per year. Building on previous success, this year is set to be another exceptional year for our organisation.
