Role Overview
As a Customer Reconnection Representative, you'll be the face of Ascent, visiting customers and helping reconnect them with the support available from their lender. This is an active, field-based role, ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, working independently, and managing their own workload.
Working across your designated territory, you'll manage your own diary while delivering a professional and empathetic customer experience. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and requires flexibility, including evening and weekend visits when required.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building rapport with people from all walks of life, and achieving positive outcomes for customers and clients alike.
The Company
Part of the Lantern Group, Ascent is one of the UK’s largest specialist debt recovery law firms, widely recognised as a market leader in the provision of high-quality, ethically-led services, and in customer engagement and rehabilitation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reconnecting customers with their lender and encouraging positive engagement.
- Supporting customers in discussing their financial circumstances.
- Gathering accurate information from customers and relevant third parties.
- Identifying potentially vulnerable customers and escalating concerns appropriately.
- Identifying complaints and ensuring they are handled in line with the appropriate process.
- Managing your diary, workload, and allocated territory effectively to ensure client service level agreements are achieved.
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are met, including the mandatory recording of all visits.
- Delivering a professional, respectful, and empathetic customer experience at all times.
