Customer Relations Coordinator - ADT Security (Manchester)

What You Will Do

Step into a dynamic role at ADT Security in Manchester, where you'll join our passionate team as a Customer Relations Coordinator. In this position, you’ll:

How You Will Do It

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Investigate & Resolve: Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints, from first contact to resolution, following protocols to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Document & Report: Accurately log all interactions and generate regular reports on resolutions and outcomes.
  • Prioritise & Manage: Organise tasks efficiently to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality service.

What We Look For

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Strong Time Management: Proficiency in juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a similar support or compliance role.

Preferred
