Key Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between Mandarin-speaking customers and the club, ensuring all customer needs are executed to the highest standards.
- Develop new players, maintain existing players where required, and service VIP level casino guests—both on property and remotely via electronic/telephone communications.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the products on offer to members to ensure optimal offerings are always available.
- Liaise with other senior staff to:
- Determine the range of products and services available.
- Maintain strong relationships with all other departments.

Work Conditions & Requirements
- Fluent and confident in Mandarin.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays—depending on business needs.
- Must demonstrate Right to Work in the UK at the interview stage.
- Due to Gambling Regulations, applicants must be over the age of 18.
