Competitive + Flexible Benefits
Summary
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Relationship Coordinator to help us deliver a consistent, insight-led approach to customer engagement.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of how we connect with our customers, ensuring relationships, feedback, and engagement activities are well structured, visible, and effective. You won’t be setting the strategy—but you will play a key role in enabling it, helping teams make better decisions, strengthen relationships, and ultimately win more work.
If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, working with a wide range of stakeholders, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
Customer Relationship Management
- Keep customer relationship data accurate and up to date within CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
- Coordinate customer meetings, reviews, and engagement activity from planning through to follow-up
- Support customer feedback processes (e.g. NPS, ECPRs, portals)
- Track customer sentiment, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Act as a central coordination point between customers, sales teams, and operational delivery teams
Sales & Work Winning Support
- Support the sales pipeline by coordinating meetings, actions, and reporting
- Assist with pipeline reviews and sales meetings
- Monitor customer and framework portals, sharing relevant insights with internal teams
- Help strengthen brand reputation and customer confidence through well-coordinated engagement

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
