CRM Lead

£450–£650 per day

London - 1 day per week in the office

We're working with an ambitious international organisation that is transforming the way it engages with customers by bringing its CRM capability into a centralised digital marketing hub. This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of a significant transformation, helping shape how CRM is delivered across multiple European markets. If you enjoy building processes, influencing strategy and making a measurable commercial impact, this role offers the chance to create something from the ground up while working with modern marketing technology and a collaborative international team.

The CRM Lead will play a key role in establishing a brand-new regional CRM function, leading campaign delivery, creating best practice and helping build a scalable service that supports multiple international markets.

Role Highlights

  • Lead CRM campaign planning, execution and optimisation for your assigned region
  • Build CRM journeys, templates and processes from the ground up using Braze or a similar platform
  • Work closely with regional stakeholders to deliver commercially focused campaigns
  • Make informed decisions using available customer data while remaining pragmatic where data is incomplete
  • Support the development of a centralised CRM function ahead of a major organisational transformation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
