CRM Lead
£450–£650 per day
London - 1 day per week in the office
We're working with an ambitious international organisation that is transforming the way it engages with customers by bringing its CRM capability into a centralised digital marketing hub. This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of a significant transformation, helping shape how CRM is delivered across multiple European markets. If you enjoy building processes, influencing strategy and making a measurable commercial impact, this role offers the chance to create something from the ground up while working with modern marketing technology and a collaborative international team.
The CRM Lead will play a key role in establishing a brand-new regional CRM function, leading campaign delivery, creating best practice and helping build a scalable service that supports multiple international markets.
Role Highlights
- Lead CRM campaign planning, execution and optimisation for your assigned region
- Build CRM journeys, templates and processes from the ground up using Braze or a similar platform
- Work closely with regional stakeholders to deliver commercially focused campaigns
- Make informed decisions using available customer data while remaining pragmatic where data is incomplete
- Support the development of a centralised CRM function ahead of a major organisational transformation

You Will Need
- Strong hands-on CRM experience at Lead, Manager or Senior CRM level
- Experience using Braze is highly desirable; Adobe Campaign or HubSpot experience will also be considered
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to work in evolving data environments
- Experience delivering CRM campaigns across multiple customer journeys
- Advantageous if you have language skills in Spanish, German or Dutch
