Customer Relationship Management Manager

CRM Manager

London - hybrid (3 days in office) Up to £60,000

This is a highly visible, client-facing CRM Manager opportunity within a growing digital agency where strategy and insight sit at the core of everything they deliver. You will lead end-to-end CRM initiatives, partnering closely with well-known brands while developing into a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

The Role

You will take ownership of CRM projects across multiple client accounts, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing multi-channel CRM strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Managing lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, and SMS
  • Designing segmentation, automated journeys, and dynamic content approaches
  • Analysing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Reviewing existing CRM activities to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Advising clients on CRM best practice and marketing technology usage
  • Supporting implementation and migration of CRM platforms where required
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and contributing to account growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including CRO specialists

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in CRM, ideally within an agency, consultancy, or fast-paced environment
  • Ability to define and shape CRM strategy as well as deliver execution
  • Confident in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Solid analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
  • Familiarity with multi-channel CRM, including exposure to email or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to lead projects independently
