Full Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (Entry-Level)
Location: Milton Keynes (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Compensation: £28,000 – £30,000 OTE

Job Overview
You will act as the face, voice, and energy of our established client portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be executing field-based consumer acquisition campaigns, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that our clients' brand guidelines are represented with flawless professionalism.

- Frontline Brand Representation: Actively deliver customer engagement activities as part of live, face-to-face promotional campaigns.
- Customer Acquisition: Confidently initiate conversations, establish rapid rapport, identify customer needs, and securely close sales.
- Campaign Evaluation: Participate in morning strategy sessions to review territory demographics, set daily targets, and brainstorm creative approach techniques.

The Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, possess full permanent eligibility to work in the UK, and have a reliable daily commute to our central office. (We cannot support student or Tier 4 visas).
