As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Customer Relationship Marketing Manager to shape how we engage with customers throughout their journey with Helping Hands.
Location: Alcester/Hybrid
Salary: £60,000 per year
This is an opportunity to own and deliver personalised, lifecycle marketing strategies that strengthen customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value, helping more people feel informed, supported, and reassured throughout their care journey.

- Leading customer relationship and lifecycle marketing strategy across the customer journey
- Designing and optimising onboarding, engagement, retention, and re-engagement campaigns
- Managing personalised communications across email, SMS, direct mail, and service channels
- Using customer insight, data, and feedback to improve campaign performance
- Driving measurable commercial outcomes, including retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value
- Acting as the CRM and lifecycle marketing subject matter expert across the business
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a customer-focused marketing professional with:
- Proven experience delivering CRM, lifecycle, and relationship marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong expertise in customer journey, segmentation, and personalisation
- A commercial and data-driven mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing and developing team members
