Competitive base salary of £27,805.99 with on-target earnings up to £35,000
Full-time, permanent role based in Bristol (Bradley Stoke)
Flexible shifts between 08:00-19:00 Monday-Friday and 09:00-17:00 Saturday - no Sundays
A different kind of contact centre role
This isn’t about cold selling or pushing products.
In Renewals & Retention, you’ll speak to members who already know the RAC. Your role is to understand their situation, explain their options clearly, and help them make the right choice to stay protected on the road.
It’s a consultative, conversation-led role where trust and clarity matter more than scripts.
Where you’ll work
You’ll be based in our Bristol office, working as part of a supportive, high-energy team. It’s a fast-paced environment, but one where people genuinely support each other, share knowledge, and celebrate success together.
What To Expect
Your day is built around meaningful conversations with members. You’ll:
- Take inbound calls from members looking to renew or review their cover
- Understand individual needs and provide tailored solutions
- Clearly explain RAC products and the value they offer
- Retain memberships through honest, supportive conversations
- Work towards achievable targets within a team environment
- Keep accurate notes and manage your cases effectively
- Handle a variety of queries, building confidence with every call

What You’ll Need
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a contact centre role
- Confidence speaking to a wide range of people
- Strong listening skills and a natural ability to build rapport
- A resilient, positive approach in a target-driven environment
- Basic IT skills and ability to use multiple systems
