Customer Representative – Hythe Branch
At Nationwide, the Customer Representative role is vital in supporting our members across all our service channels—from transactions on the till and handling inbound calls to supporting digital and product applications. You’ll deliver exceptional service in person, by phone, and online. Rest assured, comprehensive training will be provided.
This is a key role within the branch, serving as our gateway to safeguarding and nurturing members. Some branches may operate with limited public hours, focusing heavily on phone support.

About the Role
Nationwide is seeking enthusiastic talent from the community to join teams at our Hythe area branches. Successful applicants will be added to a local Talent Bank and may be invited for further opportunities.
- Part-time salary: Pro-rated based on working hours.
