At Nationwide, we’re looking for ** Customer Representatives** to provide exceptional support across all channels—whether that’s handling cash transactions in person, assisting customers via phone, or supporting product applications digitally. First-class service is delivered through face-to-face, phone, and online interactions—but fear not, training will be provided.
This is a critical role within our branch network, serving as the first point of contact for protecting and supporting our members. While some branches may be closed to the public on certain days (to handle phone-based member support), collaboration with your team remains central.

- Salary and Hours: Part-time roles will be paid pro rata
- Commute Requirement: Must be within 45 minutes of the branch location
- Branch Growth: With the UK’s largest network—over 600 Nationwide branches—we prioritise keeping branch services open.
- Training: Structured pathway with virtual training at branch locations
- Initial Commitment: The first 3 weeks of employment focus on foundational training—no holiday is permitted during this period
