Customer Resolution Account Executive – Bedford, MK44 3JZ
We are seeking a Customer Resolution Account Executive to join our Member Customer Relations team at our office in Bedford (MK44 3JZ).
About the Role
As a Customer Resolution Account Executive, you’ll be integral to investigating and resolving our registered members’ complaints. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing open complaints, monitoring progress, and liaising with internal teams to ensure efficient resolutions.
- Delivering high standards of internal and external customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
This role offers a generous salary of £29,476 per annum.
What We’re Looking For
While experience in the motor trade, insurance, or customer service is desirable, it is not a strict requirement. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills, particularly in telephone-based interactions with a professional demeanour.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and complaint-handling abilities with attention to fairness and accuracy.
- An empathetic, customer-focused mindset, able to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Self-motivation, a detail-oriented approach, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring timely responses and accurate record-keeping.
- Investigate complaints, make fair decisions, and process payments or finance actions where required.
- Escalate complex cases to the designated teams as needed.
- Maintain complaint records while adhering to quality and service standards.
- Support continuous improvement in complaint-handling processes.
- Assist the Complaints Manager with reporting and performance monitoring.
