Customer Resolutions Advisor

Are you ready to kick-start your career in property management with one of London's leading estate agencies? Foxtons is looking for a proactive and organised Customer Resolutions Adviser to join our dynamic Worcester office.

About the Role

As a Foxtons Customer Resolutions Adviser based in Worcester, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact for both landlords and tenants, managing a portfolio of residential properties with professionalism and confidence.

You’ll work closely with our local offices and specialist teams to support landlords across the Worcester area and beyond. From coordinating maintenance and resolving issues to advising on legal and financial matters, your expertise will be key to protecting landlord investments and supporting tenants throughout their tenancy.

  • Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

About You

Our Customer Resolution Advisers have unparalleled expertise and the drive to make it happen – it's what sets Foxtons customer service apart. So, if you take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly, always on your game, always looking to make a difference, this is the career for you. You will need strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve. You will be successful here if you can communicate well with a wide range of people over a variety of platforms.

No previous property experience is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided. Prior experience in a professional customer service environment is desirable but also not essential. What it takes is a special kind of mindset and a burning ambition to succeed at Foxtons.
