Customer Retention Coordinator

Customer Retention Coordinator

Location: Donnelly Bros, 101 Irvinestown Road, Kilmacormick | Enniskillen

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Retention Coordinator to enhance customer retention, workshop bookings, and dealership performance through our Aftersales platform.

In this role, you will:

  • Engage customers at critical points in their ownership journey.
  • Identify aftersales opportunities, maintain accurate customer data, and support dealerships in optimising service reservations and customer loyalty.

About the Role

This position involves managing customer relationships to drive retention and revenue through strategic outreach and data management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise our Aftersales platform to manage all customer retention activities.
  • Reach out via telephone to schedule service, maintenance, repairs, and promotional bookings.
  • Maintain up-to-date, high-quality customer records and document all call outcomes.
  • Monitor dealership performance, conversion rates, and retention opportunities to inform improvements.
  • Support marketing consent acquisition and ensure CRM data quality initiatives are implemented.
  • Verify prospect lists for accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify trends to provide actionable insights for dealership performance enhancements.
  • Perform regular data cleansing and generate earnings reports.

Skills Required

  • Experience in customer service, telesales, appointment setting, or automotive aftersales.
  • Strong communication skills, including confidence in handling customer calls.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and customer databases.
  • Ability to analyse data, prioritise workloads, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on meeting targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
