About the Role
As our Customer Retention Strategist, you’ll play a key role in shaping this evolution, helping us deliver more personalised, omnichannel experiences that keep customers engaged and coming back.
Responsibilities
- Use customer data from multiple sources to uncover meaningful insights and identify opportunities to improve retention and customer lifetime value.
- Work closely with analytics and marketing teams to turn those insights into data-led strategies and personalised journeys.
- Focus on driving measurable impact through clear KPIs, testing frameworks, and continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate across CRM, digital, analytics, and global teams, building strong relationships and confidently influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Planner, recently moved into a CRM strategy development area.
- Confidence in analysing complex information and turning it into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in turning insights into data-led CRM and customer lifecycle strategies that deliver measurable impact and value to the business.
- Curiosity in understanding why customers do what they do.
- Ability to use data-driven insights to plan personalised CRM strategies that effectively drive engagement and customer action.
- Experience across digital channels and marketing automation tools would be beneficial.
