About the Role
We’re looking for a Retention Executive to join our ever-evolving sales and operations team and contribute to shaping the future of global commerce. Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments and take your career global.
What You’ll Own
You’ll be responsible for:
- Proactively reaching out to customers who have expressed their intent to discontinue using our payment solutions.
- Listening attentively to customers and addressing their concerns with empathy and understanding.
- Presenting compelling solutions and alternatives that resolve pain points, convincing customers to stay.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and account status in our CRM system.
- Meeting—and exceeding—retention targets and objectives.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for:
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- A record of meeting or exceeding retention goals.
