Customer Retentions Consultant

Retention Executive – Join a Leading Payments Company and Shape the Future of Global Commerce


About the Role

Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re seeking a Retention Executive to join our dynamic sales and operations team, helping build the future of global commerce.


What You’ll Own

  • Proactively reach out to customers showing intent to discontinue using our payment solutions.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, offering empathy and understanding to address their issues.
  • Present compelling solutions and alternatives tailored to their pain points, convincing them to remain customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and account statuses in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed retention targets, ensuring continuous growth and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

  • Exceptional communication skills—proven ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proven success in meeting or surpassing retention goals.

Bonus Experience:

  • Prior work in a retention environment.
  • Familiarity with diallers and CRM systems.
