Customer Safety Administrator

We're looking for a Customer Safety Administrator to join our Customer Safety team, where you'll support the delivery of compliance and remedial programmes.

You’ll work closely with our External Contract Managers and contractors to ensure the smooth delivery of our compliance programmes. This includes:

  • Raising jobs
  • Assisting with access issues
  • Managing invoice payments
  • Keeping our data up to date

Strong administration experience is required, as is a passion for spreadsheets.

About the Role

You’ll be working in a team to ensure our customers are safe in their homes. Your responsibilities will also include delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, including:

  • Providing prompt responses to emails
  • Developing excellent communication skills

You’ll bring a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and solution-focused attitude to this role.

You’ll work from our Yeovil office for a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues. The remaining two days can be worked from another office, café, or home, offering flexibility.
