Customer Safety Executive, Fixed Term Contract

The Customer Safety Executive sits within the Customer Safety & Wellbeing Team, who make sure easyJet holidays takes a safe and responsible approach to protecting our customers, covering everything from supplier assessments to incident management.

As our Customer Safety Executive, you'll administer and coordinate safety and security processes, managing the data, evidence and communications that sit behind them. You'll also support supplier management and approvals, helping the team resolve issues and improve processes as they go.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Commissioning and administering new supplier, hotel and partner assessments
  • Administering the hotel approval procedure through Salesforce and the database, keeping statuses, dates and evidence accurately recorded
  • Managing handoffs to colleagues for further action at each stage of the approval process
  • Communicating between Purchasing, Product and Customer Safety to keep the process running smoothly
  • Maintaining hotel records so categorisations, decisions, rationale, evidence and dates are captured correctly
  • Carrying out periodic process compliance assessments
  • Producing weekly approval status reports and monthly performance reports
  • Spotting risks or opportunities and flagging them where needed
  • Monitoring data reports and contributing insights to support development
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects as directed by the Customer Safety Manager

What you'll bring to the team

  • Confidence working in a fast paced environment with tight timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable talking to people at all levels, internally and externally
  • Confidence handling difficult situations calmly
  • Good data literacy
  • Flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills
  • High personal standards and a professional approach
  • Fluent English, spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus
  • The ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, even when under pressure
  • A track record of questioning existing processes and helping drive change
  • Previous experience in a safety related role or with Salesforce systems and reporting is an advantage, though not essential
